What type of riding experience do I need to participate in your tours?Our tours are designed to suit all levels of riding experience, from beginners to experienced riders. Our expert guides will provide you with the guidance and support you need to ensure a safe and fun experience, regardless of your skill level.

What should I bring with me for the tour?We recommend wearing comfortable and appropriate clothing for horseback riding, including long pants and closed-toe shoes. It is also important to bring sun protection, a hat or cap, and drinking water.

What is your cancellation policy?1. Cancellation by the Client: - At least 48 hours notice before the scheduled tour date is required to cancel or modify a reservation. - Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance are subject to a charge of 50% of the total tour cost. - Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice or failure to show up at the meeting point at the scheduled time will result in full loss of payment. 2. Cancellation due to Meteorological Conditions or Insecurity: - In case of adverse weather conditions or any other situation that may affect the safety of participants, we reserve the right to cancel or modify the tour. - In such cases, clients will be offered the option to reschedule the tour for another date or receive a full refund of payment. 3. Refunds: - Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of the cancellation date. - Refunds will be made using the same payment method used to make the reservation.
